Grief and Loss workshop in BSL

Sara Rhys Jones, Clinical Psychologist, and Robyn Harris of W·I·L·D® Wellbeing are offering this Grief & Loss Workshop  at Action Deafness Cymru (previously Wales Council for Deaf People) offices in Pontypridd.

The workshop will be delivered in British Sign Language (BSL).

This safe and supportive space will explore:

🔹 Examples of loss & how they impact us
🔹 The natural process of grief
🔹 Physical, emotional, spiritual & social responses to loss
🔹 The grieving journey & how to support ourselves and others
