First Steps

We often look at dis-ease as something ‘going wrong’…
What if instead we could see it as valuable information?

Working with me is about exploring the root causes underlying the symptoms and feelings you’re experiencing at the moment. 

This allows us to begin looking at some gentle, energy-based approaches to start shifting any blocks.

From here you can start to rebuild from a place
of feeling calm,
tuning in to your intuition,
getting a deeper understanding of your worth
and knowing that you can tackle all that life throws at you,
even long after we’ve finished working together.

The healing space at Equenergy: W·I·L·D Wellbeing - a wood cabin surrounded by decking and set in beautiful Welsh countryside.  There is seating both inside and outside the cabin for sessions to be held either indoors or outdoors.

Well, it’s actually a very simple process and I would be there to guide you through it, step by step.

  1. We start by using a process of compassionate exploration to look at where you are right now and what brought you to this place.
  2. We can then look at where you would like to be, and what beliefs might be holding you back from this.
  3. Together we begin to develop a set of simple, achievable steps that you can take to start creating the life you long for, bringing in all aspects of you as a unique individual – physical, cognitive, emotional, social and spiritual.
  4. We will work at the pace that’s right for you and in ways that suit your characteristics / learning style, drawing on the wisdom of nature, energy techniques and simple lifestyle changes to support the shifts you’re seeking to make.
