I recently had the pleasure of being a guest on Payman Lorenzo’s inspiring podcast, Leaders With A Heart. Payman’s show is a wonderful space where he brings together individuals who are making a real difference in the world, and I’m honoured to have had the opportunity to share my story and my path with his audience.
During our conversation, I delved into the experiences and learnings that have shaped my journey in the world of wellbeing. It was a chance to talk about the bio-logical wisdom of our bodies and how this wisdom has guided me in my work. I’ve always believed that our bodies hold incredible intelligence, and when we learn to listen and understand this, we can navigate our healing journeys with more ease and confidence.
Whether you’re currently on your own healing journey or simply curious about how to live a more joyful, healthy life, I think you’ll find something valuable in our conversation. We touched on some deeply personal topics, including my own experiences with dis-ease, and how embracing our W·I·L·D® side—our Wonder-full Intuitive Loving Dance of Life—can be the key to living fully and freely.
One of the core messages I shared is that we don’t need to fear dis-ease. Instead, we can view it as a guide, pointing us towards areas in our lives where we need more love, care, and attention. This mindset shift is something I’m passionate about spreading because I truly believe it can transform the way we approach health and wellbeing.
I encourage you to tune in and watch our conversation on Payman’s YouTube channel. (You can also find it on my own channel – @W-I-L-D-TV.) Payman has hosted many incredible guests on Leaders With A Heart, so it’s well worth exploring his other episodes too. And if you find the content as inspiring as I do, be sure to hit that ‘subscribe’ button to stay connected to his wonderful work.
Let’s continue spreading the word that we don’t need to live in fear of dis-ease. By embracing our natural wisdom and tuning into our W·I·L·D® side, we can lead joyful, healthy lives. 🌟
Thank you for joining me on this journey, and I hope you find as much inspiration in this conversation as I did.
