I recently had a lovely conversation with the wonderful Amy Oldfield, live, on her Facebook page.
We explored how we can in-joy our lives – that is, how we can bring joy into our lives by choosing to live consciously and give ourselves permission to engage in deep self-care. This really isn’t selfish – it’s one of the best gifts we can give, not only to ourselves, but also to those around us.
