Refund and Returns Policy

Equenergy does not offer returns on any of its products or services.

However, I wish to ensure your journey with me meets your expectations and so, should you find the service you receive does not align with your needs, I kindly ask that you get in touch within 48 hours. I will offer you the option of a full refund or the opportunity to adjust the service to better suit your needs. Your satisfaction and wellbeing are my foremost concern, and I am here to support you every step of the way.

Late or missing refunds

If you requested a refund but haven’t received it yet please start by taking the following steps:

  • First check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
